No prices, no ranking; teloman is run by Datamynt AS, which also owns the eSIM shop merdata.no. Content is in Norwegian. Limits per client IP (IPv6: per /64), shared with the MCP server: 60 requests a minute with bursts of 20 and 2 000 in 24 hours; over the limit the answer is 429 with `Retry-After`. Not for browsers on other websites: a request with an `Origin` header other than https://teloman.no is refused (403) and there are no CORS headers. Using the API as the data source of another website, app or service, or bulk harvesting, needs a written agreement; see the terms (https://teloman.no/bruk-dataene/#vilkar) or write to kontakt@datamynt.no.
